Service Description

Through the use of props, we will create positions of comfort and ease allowing the body to be fully supported and the nervous system to repair. Each class will gently explore qualities of stillness, quiet, dark, and warm, as we practice rest with intention and experience the depth of Restorative yoga. $100 full series / $30 drop-in Your spot is reserved once payment is received via Venmo @meg_maitreya or by cash Space is limited.
