Welcome, I’m Meg —a teacher, guide, and bodyworker offering spaces where you can rest, reconnect, and remember your innate wholeness. My work is rooted in yoga, movement, energy healing, and intuitive care—and shaped by decades of spiritual study, embodied practice, and ancestral wisdom.
I believe that when the body feels safe, everything else begins to unfold.
A Life in Practice
Raised in San Francisco by Buddhist parents, I have been surrounded by sacred ritual and reverence from an early age. Some of my earliest memories include practicing vrksasana (tree pose) and savasana (corpse pose), chanting mantra, and sitting with Tibetan lamas, monks, and nuns.
During summers in the Santa Cruz mountains, I was immersed in healing spaces filled with seekers, mystics, and meditation. These early experiences taught me that healing is both personal and collective—and that rest is a radical act of trust and surrender.
After a year teaching English in Thailand and a term with AmeriCorps, I realized my deeper path was not in education—but in yoga and eventually embodied healing. I enrolled at the Iyengar Yoga Institute of San Francisco and graduated in 2015. I’ve been teaching ever since.
My greatest influence is Judith Hanson Lasater, with whom I worked as a personal assistant for several years. Under her mentorship, I deepened my understanding of asana, relaxation, anatomy, communication, and breath. I continue to serve as a lead assistant.
I also carry the lineage of the women who came before me—I’m a fourth-generation card reader, continuing a quiet family tradition of intuitive listening. Tarot, for me, is a form of sacred witnessing: a way of honoring what’s ready to be seen.

My work is intuitive, personalized, and grounded in the belief that healing happens when we are truly met.
Sometimes healing looks like lying still, wrapped in blankets.
Sometimes it’s movement that feels like prayer.

Sometimes it’s simply being witnessed without having to explain.
